SPA temp workflow and Aggie-Mart
Beginning Aug. 1, the Division of Human Resources will use the Aggie-Mart electronic workflow to manage and process hiring and assignment extension requests for SPA temporary employees. The key advantage of this new workflow in Aggie-Mart supports the university’s strategic objective of enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. The transition aims to reap the following benefits: paperless processing; reduction in the amount of time for administrative approvals; electronic tracking/monitoring progress of requests; ability to communicate within Aggie-Mart through a variety of systems (i.e., email, attachments, notes); and archival of requisition history details.
Training is being conducted for identified personnel through July. Individuals who have not been trained to use Aggie-Mart should refer to GoSignMUp for training dates. Contact Courtney Carey, temporary employment manager, at 336-285-3779, if you have questions about the electronic workflow.
