Dr. Daniel Webb has been invited to serve as an abstract reviewer of special populations on the Research Consortium panel for the 2013 American Alliance for Health, Physical Education Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD) convention.

Webb was chosen based on his ability to read, interpret and critically analyze research and individuals’ scholarly contributions to their respective professions. His appointment was a select invitation and not something for which he volunteered.

“My duties are to download and critically review research based abstracts that were submitted by colleagues in the profession of special populations, who are interested in having their research findings accepted to present at the Research Consortium during the national convention,” Webb said.

Next year’s AAHPERD convention is set for April 23-27 in Charlotte.
