The Office of University Outreach Summer Sessions and Certificate Programs along with the Center for Distance Education is offering a select number of undergraduate and graduate courses during the summer sessions.
Classes for intersession are June 28-July 12 and second session is June 28-Aug. 3. The Office of Continuing Education and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) is also offering a series of quality management certification examination review courses. - The Principles of Six Sigma, Black Belt (CSSBB) certification exam review course will be held on 16 Mondays, June 4-October 1, 2012 from 6-9 p.m. Six Sigma is the application of scientific method to process improvement in a results oriented approach to quality management. An online Six Sigma review course is available July 3-October 5, 2012. Tuition is $699 for both the traditional and the online courses.
- The Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification exam review course will be offered on 14 Tuesdays, 6-9 p.m., June 18- October 1, 2012. This course provides a thorough introduction to the technical aspects of statistical process control, continuous improvement, quality standards and other quality related topics.
For the younger Aggies, the Office of K-20 Engagement and Professional Development will offer several high-quality youth and pre-college programs designed to provide academics and enrichment during the summer for youth of all ages.
