The new two-level facility features a press level, chancellor's suite level and outdoor terrace view overlooking the football stadium. The skybox stands six stories high and is embraced with two towers at both ends.

Located at the North side of the campus and serving as the main entrance of the stadium, the Aggie Skybox is equipped with ADA compliant hydraulic elevator on the left tower and an emergency exit stair well on the right tower. The existing traditional ticket booths at the ground-level serve as main entrance to the new Aggie Skybox building. The new Aggie Stadium Skybox building occupies more than 10,000 square feet.

The press level includes two lease suites, a visitor's radio office, a visitor's coach office, media room, TV/Media room, home coach office and home radio office.

The chancellor's level includes two lease suites and the chancellor's suite.

The terrace level allows standing room for 175 people.
