On Tuesday, Feb. 12, North Carolina A&T State University’s SAE Collegiate Design Series teams competed and won in all categories at the annual SAE Carolinas’ Collegiate Design Presentation Competition hosted by Duke University in Durham, NC.

SAE team winners are Josh Mazurek, James Wolter, Kerwin Vargas, Demetrious Gooden, Josh Mendez, Katina Henson, Ariana Betts, Tyler Carter, Samira Johnson, Tim Leonard, Maurice Daniels, Robert Smoot, Jade Mantell, Brent Butler, Martin Wright, Komar Chambers and John Deaton.

The Baja SAE, Formula SAE and SAE Aero teams won in each of their categories. The Carolina Section's Student SAE Chapters competing in the contest included: Clemson, USC, UNC-Charlotte, N.C. A&T, Western Carolina, East Carolina, Duke, and NC State.

The winning teams were awarded a cash prize of $100 in each category.
