A&T Computer Science Professor Speaks at White House

Dr. Justin Zhan, professor of computer science in the College of Engineering at North Carolina A&T State University, spoke at the White House Big Data Workshop on Friday, May 3, at the White House Conference Center in Washington, D.C.

 

 

Andrew M. Perkins, Jr.

Perkins Honored for His Dedicated Service to Minority Economic Development

Andrew M. Perkins, Jr., assistant vice chancellor for facilities at North Carolina A&T State University, recently received the Public Service Award at the annual Willie Deese CEO banquet held in Pinehurst, N.C. Deese is president of Merck Pharmaceuticals and also the chairman of the N.C. A&T Board of Trustees.

 

 

Aggie Sports

North Carolina A&T Athletics performed community outreach recently when a group of 12 student-athletes made up of the men’s and women’s basketball teams spoke to youth at Allen Middle School in Greensboro, N.C.
