Final Hercules Scholar Named

Evan Johnson of Cupertino, California was announced by Tom Joyner on the Tom Joyner Morning Show as the final Tom Joyner Foundation Hercules Scholar from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Johnson is an electrical engineering student with a 3.57 grade point average. He aspires to begin his career as a hardware electrical or systems engineer, setting up a solid foundation for his future family.

Passionate about community service, he has volunteered with the Heritage Greens Retirement Home and helped remodel homes for lower income families with Housing Greensboro.

Evan’s motto for life is, “be excellent!”
