U. S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx
U. S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx is slated to deliver the spring 2016 commencement address for North Carolina A&T State University on Saturday, May 14. The ceremony will begin with the processional at 8:30 a.m. in the Greensboro Coliseum.

Aggies Compete at Winthrop and N.C. State
The North Carolina A&T men’s and women’s outdoor track and field teams saw solid performances at both the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State University at Paul Derr Track and the Winthrop Adidas Invitational at Winthrop Irwin Belk Track and Field Complex.

2016 National Alumni Awards
Nominations are now being accepted for the following 2016 National Alumni Awards:
  • Howard C. Barnhill Distinguished Service Award
  • Julia S. Brooks Achievement Award
  • Velma R. Speight Young Alumnus Award (under age 40)

The awards are given annually to distinguished alumni of N.C. A&T. Nominations are being accepted through April 1, 2016.

All alumni are encouraged to apply and/or nominate a fellow alumnus. For details regarding award submissions, visit the N.C. A&T National Alumni Association website. Email the Alumni Awards Committee at awards@ncatsualumni.org for any questions or additional information.
