Two North Carolina A&T football players received postseason honors from HERO Sports on Wednesday. Jacob Roberts earned first-team freshman All-American honors while Dacquari Wilson was named honorable mention sophomore All-American by HERO Sports.

North Carolina A&T's Le'on Hill (6-foot-2, SR, forward, Columbia, S.C.) was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) women's basketball defensive player of the week as announced by the conference Tuesday.

The Program Planning and Development Committee of the Alumni Association is pleased to announce that nominations for the Alumni Awards are now open. The nomination period for the 2020 awards will be from December 20, 2019, through February 7, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
The nominations are for the Howard C. Barnhill Distinguished Service Award, Julia S. Brooks Achievement Award and the Velma Speight Young Alumnus/Alumna Award.
