INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE
The IT Committee will assist DoIT by using their expertise to help assure that the Chancellor and the university find the best way to deliver state of the art technology across the campus and throughout the Aggie network of family, friends, and potential students by:
- Evaluating how much is spent on maintenance of old equipment versus
new equipment
- Determining how our practices stack up with best practices
- Better leveraging of our vendor resources, evaluating wireless install for all spaces, as well as IT strategy and overall support
