On Wednesday, March 28 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., the Cold Steel drumline of the Blue & Gold Marching Machine of North Carolina A&T State University performed outside the Battleground Avenue Quiznos to help drum up business.

The band is trying to raise funds to send the marching band to New York City to participate in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. The Battleground Avenue location of the national sandwich restaurant has agreed to donate 10 percent of its sales every Wednesday until Nov. 14 to the band.

Flyers have been placed around campus to remind the students, staff and faculty to participate in A&T Band Day at Quiznos. .
