Dr. Franklin E. McCain Sr.

On Jan. 10, the University of North Carolina Board of Governors approved Chancellor Harold L. Martin Sr.’s proposal to increase the out-of-state capacity for new freshmen at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

Strong Second Half Leads Rattlers
Past A&T
Florida A&M rarely missed and North Carolina A&T had trouble making shots in the second half, which resulted in the Rattlers coming away with a 76-66 win over the Aggies in men’s basketball action at the Al Lawson Center Monday night.
