The North Carolina A&T bowling team’s third straight 70-win season is within range and the Aggies are clearly on a hot streak after hosting and winning the Brunswick Invitational at AMF All-Star Lanes.

Connect NC Bond to Support Engineering Complex for N.C. A&T

The Connect NC bond is a $2 billion general bond referendum to provide critical support for North Carolina’s university system, community colleges, water and sewer systems, state and local parks, agriculture, National Guard and public safety. The bond referendum, which will not require new taxes, will be on the March 15 ballot and if approved by voters will provide $90 million dollars to North Carolina A&T State University to construct the Engineering Research and Innovation Complex (ERIC). 2016 National Alumni Awards
Nominations are now being accepted for the following 2016 National Alumni Awards:
  • Howard C. Barnhill Distinguished Service Award
  • Julia S. Brooks Achievement Award
  • Velma R. Speight Young Alumnus Award (under age 40)

The awards are given annually to distinguished alumni of N.C. A&T. Nominations are being accepted through April 1, 2016.

All alumni are encouraged to apply and/or nominate a fellow alumnus. For details regarding award submissions, visit the N.C. A&T National Alumni Association website. Email the Alumni Awards Committee at awards@ncatsualumni.org for any questions or additional information.
